Shimano is the BEST!!! Always a excellent product, a real value for the price, packed with care for a safe delivery! I have a great arsenal of fishing equipment thanks to Shimano. I have UL Shimano rods and reels for panfish and Trout all the way up to heavy combos suitable for Mississippi River Catfish and they all perform flawlessly! Went to a certified Penn parts website to order a crosswind gear for my Battle III, but the site said that the part (Along with others) was not for retail sale. I then searched eBay in hopes of finding an independent reseller. I found the part zi needed here at a very reasonable price, and they shipped to The island of Molokai in Hawaii from Florida for a total cost including tax $ shipping, arriving in just four days. Also, the quality appeared to be better than original.
