Although I was unable to track my order, I eventually received it. The seller mentioned that if I hadn’t received it by February 14, they would assist me. However, as both a buyer and a seller, we rely on mutual trust, and I was willing to wait a few more days. In the end, the product arrived, and the packaging was great. They unfortunately had an error with this listing in terms of the quantity they had available. So I unfortunately did not receive it. However, they were very quick to inform me of this and were prompt to give me a full refund on it. So because of that, I am still giving them a positive review. They are a good seller and I still recommend them. Mistakes happen and there's no point in getting beat up about it.
