Showed up quickly & was/worked as described (was a used item, but that was understood when purchased & why it was cheaper vs. New). I would rather a cheaper used oem vs. a new knockoff junk that lasts only 2 months (per the reviews for new ones on amazon). Thx for selling. Only wierd thing is I ordered 2, they did 2 packing slips but only 1 shipped with 2 items in it (which makes sense). It just was confusing until it showed up as i didn't know what i was getting until it arrived.

I received the incorrect part, but that happens. What is important was that after I sent a message to him, he immediately got back to me. The next day the correct part was shipped. His customer service was outstanding! He constantly communicate with me. Despite Fed Ex ‘s best efforts to the contrary, the replacement part arrived. Was in great condition and fit perfect. Shipping: WAS UNACCEPTABLE USPS took 15 days to bring this very small, lightweight , hand sized package from Michigan to California. Should be 4-5 days. Pkg got stuck in Florida postal facility for 3-4 days with no movement. USPS sent pkg Eastward from Michigan to Pennsylvania, instead of westward. Then sent to Florida, even farther away from California, for 4-5 days. USPS should be privatized, for much better service

Part was as described. Part worked fine. FedeX shipping really screwed up, no fault of seller though. FedEx kept part for 3 days at one terminal. Only passing this on to seller, again, not the sellers fault, part had tracking number the next morning for me. Thank you for a good purchase.

Item had a small crack in the front left hand corner where the clear plastic meets the hard white plastic but overall the door tray was in very good shape. The item was protected and packaged very well. Though no fault of the seller, Fed-X is just a bad shipping company. Was told by Fed-x that the package would arrive on 3 different days before it finally actually did arrive.
