Just received my Timex watch from the seller and could not be happier! The watch was exactly as described, maybe even better. It truly was brand-new, unopened, and factory fresh at an incredible price. I contacted Jomashop and stated unfortunately this watch band was way to big on my wrist. Once I started the return through eBay, I was immediately sent a return FedEx receipt in my email. Mailed in original box, shipping paid by seller. Refund upon return of my watch in original box with no labels removed. I bought another Longines women's watch which fits great. I will continue to use Jomashop for any watches I want to buy in the future. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this dealer!!!

It came as shown in the images. Packaging was really great and it was kept in the Invicta box really well. Overall condition of the watch and box is brand new. I would definitely recommend. Appearance is amazing, looks great and so is the quality of the watch. No issues at all. I’m a first time buyer so I went based off others reviews, and I made the right choice by doing so! 3rd watch I have bought and it is beautiful and fits. However this company refuses to send me a return number for the 2nd watch that I have been waiting since the day I bought it over 2 weeks ago to return and cannont with out the number from Jomashop. So while they are anxious to see you beautiful watches, trying to returne one within the 30 day period is not possible so far. I have sent 5 or 6 emails asking for this number. Great service on authenticity but lousy service for returns.
