I was just pleased to still be able to purchase the remote for my older model Fujitsu Air Conditioner. The seller far exceeded mu expectations with service, packaging and super fast delivery. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect air conditioner remote. I contacted them immediately and they told me to cancel wrong one and reorder correct one. I was refunded promptly, and the correct remote was sent promptly. Great service, great response when asking questions.

There are alternatives from overseas sellers, but they would take longer to get here and possibly arrive when the delivery address is closed for two weeks over the festive season. Those items also had very obvious spelling mistakes on them suggesting a lack of quality control. Very happy purchasing from a "local" seller that has taken the time to quality check their items ... it was worth the extra cost.
