SELLER gets a POSITIVE in communication AFTER it|m srrived. However. Item was shipped from retail store and not the seller herself so my delivery requests were ignored. Pkg was delivered by eithr UPS or FedEx after dark, no doorbell ring. I am LEGALLY BLIND from narrow range glaucoma and almost 80 yo. For safety reasons I do not open my door to anyone after dark. Product is okay...poor packing. If I ha$ better vision it would be easy to put togther. Overall... I am satisfied.

I did not receive the items but it was not their fault. I believe that the USPS delivered it to the wrong address and whoever got it did not return it. I was given a 100% refund. I'm so sorry that this happened but I would not hesitate ordering from this seller again in the future.

Unfortunately I contacted the seller as it was the day I was to receive the item and she said I can’t send to that address do you have another! Then I get an email saying it was shipped. Yet, it said delivered but I didn’t get it. She then tells me it was sent to the wrong address. Not sure I believe a word. I was refunded but will never purchase from this seller again.

If you like surprises you are going to love this seller!!! I ordered a 40 pound bag of birdseed but I got a 32pc wrench set. Thing is I could use a wrench set as I’m a maintenance man. The shipping time wasn’t very good as the item didn’t ship until 5 or 6 days after ordering. Also a day or two after these wrenches arrived I got another update saying the birdseed had been delivered AGAIN yet there was nothing there. Got to love drop shippers. LOL!!!
