This company went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend. The post office delivered the corner (!) of my package (the one that had the barcode) only. After doing some research I reached out to the company about the issue and the replied promptly and gave me the option of either getting a refund or the item resent. I asked for the item to be resent and they did promptly. I am very happy with their service.

**Seller had item listed as qty 100 and changed it to 1 after I purchased it.** Item sent was 1 gutter hook for $13.10!! This same item costs less than $3 at local hardware store. When I brought this to sellers attention they said it was a mistake by their assistant, and they will refund me if I return it. I would have to pay shipping, and when I asked if they would cover shipping they stopped responding. Then they sent me a message asking to give them a 5 star review, because they gave me one!!

Had a problem with the delivery. I was sent an email saying product was delivered at 12:28pm but wasn't actually delivered. Came at 9:30 at night after I opened a case. Not sure what to think of that but I did eventually receive the product. Still giving 5stars because it's not the sellers fault.

I purchased this item and never received a shipping confirmation, tracking information and did not receive the item. I contacted the seller and they said that the item was lost in transit. If it was lost in transit then I would have received both a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. It's sellers like this that give eBay a bad name.

I bought this item on Jan 25th. I paid immediately. I didn't get a shipping notice, but that sometimes happens so I wasn't worried at first, estimated delivery date was Feb 2nd. Finally on Feb 3, I got the noticed that it had shipped, and complained through "contact seller" portal. I was told that it was shipped but lost in transport. It is now Feb 7th and still not here. Canton Ms to Kirby Ar. 325 miles and 13 days and NOTHING! Will never use this seller again.

Item did not arrive as scheduled, and did not have tracking number. When I asked seller to research the status of the shipment, I was told I would I'd get it the next day by 10pm. 10pm passed and the next day I received an email announcing my item had been delivered via UPS to somewhere in the wrong zip code to an "office". This is clearly a scam operator who has no intention in doing honest business.
