Seller sent 4XLT instead of the XLT that was ordered; they immediately offered free postage to return the item (as this was their error), advising we use the invoice they claimed to activate yet did NOT send with the item (again, their error). Within a small series of back-and-forth emails, they back peddled, refusing to reimburse $10+ spent to return an item that was never ordered to begin with. Dishonorable transaction---NEVER AGAIN.

Delivery is very slow! Took 3 weeks to get the package. Delivery speeded up after contacting the seller and asking where the package was. It took 1 week for the package to get from Georgia to South Carolina which border each other. It sat in Georgia for a week and did not move or was not scanned. Not satisfied with the whole experience and will not be using the seller again.
