I’ve been understanding about this since clearly the USPS damaged packaging during shipping, resulting in several pieces being lost in transit, (not just the one missing piece as mentioned in the listing ) when I reached out to him the day delivered he said he would reach out to usps to file a claim so I could atleast be partially compensated. That was over a month ago & my requests for updates have gone un answered. In addition to being slow to ship to begin with. Please respond with a update

The item not only never arrived, it was seemingly never shipped. I opened a case after the window opened, and all I got from them was "I sent you that disc thingy". They never responded after that and ebay sent me a refund. Don't know what happened but wouldn't recommend
