No issues with this seller (William R. at Leftys Place): Item arrived undamaged in a plain manila envelope. Item was as described in the listing. I placed my order on Thursday, June 12, the shipping label was created on Friday, June 13, the package was handed over to USPS on Monday, June 16, and the package arrived at my house on Saturday, June 21. I appreciate the seller listing this item - PetSafe's SprayShield - because it is a very effective product that is sometimes difficult to find.

Came in perfect condition, nothing wrong with it and the wrapping in the Manila envelope was oddly satisfying because they used two lol xD came really fast too, I didn’t expect for this one or the other order I got to come on time. Just what I wanted. It arrived same day the die cuts that match it arrived. ONLY they were the wrong dies. They were Hero but for Bee The Queen set of stamps. I don't have so had to go through returns & reorder from another seller for more money. However this seller was Perfect & package is new unopened as described. Very pleased to have stamps & may use prior to dies arrival to get a jump start on the projects in mind for this set. Good job Lefty! I love it when a seller does well!

So... The item didn't arrive. The Seller was perfect, fast shipping and I believe the Item was high Quality. The tracking was imedietly providet. So that goes to the Seller I am giving 5*. But Slovenian post.... OMG! Well at the end of waiting for our post, I compleatly freek out. No worries after I paid our customs service they heave Lost my parcel. Initial contact with seller, package running late, but it was December before Christmas. Then some of it shows up, only 8 bracelets, NOT 12 as described. Contacted seller, they apologized said they would send. No tracking number sent. I followed up in 2nd week of Jan. They say it was sent and will give a tracking no. 2 wks go by no tracking no. or package. Seller says they sent it, but can’t find a tracking number. 2 wk later no item. They will drag it out past return time. I’m stuck. :(

I don’t normally leave a review on customer service but. The original order was damaged in transit. When I reach out to “Lefty’s place “ to ask about the possibility of getting a replacement. They dropped what they were doing to get a new unit sent out. I received it today and it’s in perfect condition. Thanks again Lefty!
