***BUYER BEWARE*** - Seller provides fake Australia Post tracking numbers that never pass the status of 'Pending' on the Australia Post website, so basically, the item has never been taken to the post office. Seller also makes out they are in Australia, but seller is overseas. This scam preys on people who don't lodge a report with eBay for a refund. My advice, stay away from this seller, will only cause you heartache and waste your time. You won't get a response from the seller.

My item was dispatched but did not arrive. I contacted Australia Post who told me it was due to an issue with the packaging and that I needed to contact the vendor. I have contacted the vendor several times and send photos of the tracking data. All of my messages have gone unanswered. I will not buy from lientram again. Avoid this seller. A very disappointing experience

I bought a dark blue watch from this seller as a birthday gift for my son. He specifically chose the dark blue out of all the colour options. At the time it said it was available, once I received it I had received a black instead of a blue. I had messaged the seller, they offered a $3 voucher as the watch was $7.99. I went to reorder the blue watch and it then said out of stock and the voucher only equaled $0.30c which I thought was ridiculous. Don’t recommend this buyer to anyone.

SCAMMER. This seller puts the incorrect name and address so you cannot get your item however I followed up with Australia post and they rerouted the package to the post office. AVOID! As others have mentioned, there were issues with posting. Item was posted 5 day after purchase and then once posted it got stuck at AusPost with address issues. After contacting AusPost multiple times it finally arrived under a different tracking ID but the items that arived are fake. I don't know if the posting issues are on purpose to delay things or just an inefficiency but either way, this seller sells FAKE labubus. Do not buy!

Tried 3 times contacting seller with no response. The package turned up in my home town but addressed to a shop in my town with there name and address on the package (very weird) but with my tracking number sent to me, which is how I found the package. The shop owner which is a very trustworthy person (never ordered anything off this person) said that only the plastic mailing envelope turned up with nothing inside, which was also confirmed by the postal worker. Looks like a scammer!! Beware

Do not buy from this seller!!!! I never received the tyre repair kit. I've sent three messages and got no response. I have contacted the post office and they stated the tracking number was wrong.
