While this unit was a bit pricier than the alternatives on eBay, the clean matte finish and 1-year warranty convinced me to spend the extra few bucks -- and I'm glad I did! The system arrived well within the quoted timeframe and was well-packaged with soft foam. My only issue was the very noisy power supply. I reached out for support and they responded in less than 24 hours. They sent me a replacement PSU and a prepaid return label for the old one, which also arrived quickly.

First of all, the seller is fantastic! DVD was well packaged and arrived quickly. As far as the DVD, the condition was like new as described. The DVD itself was okay but not the greatest White Stripes concert DVD I’ve seen. Although this is a professionally produced DVD, it looks like the bands were going for a bootleg look. The filming is very stripped down. As far as the bands themselves, you can never go wrong with The White Stripes but Whirlwind was annoying. Worth getting for White Stripes

Did not receive what I ordered. The package was delivered without any obvious damage. When opened the plastic cover to the 2.5” SATA hard drive was loose in the box, and there was not a power cord as depicted in the ad. Due to this I can’t check to see if I received the correct model.
