Item exactly as described. Unfortunately, USPS service is pretty bad. This package arrived to the local processing facility in reasonable time, which is in the ZIP Code adjacent to the one I live in. Then the package was sent off to another city 90 miles away, adding several days to the delivery. Certainly no fault of the seller. Their handling time was reasonable and appropriate.

Quite possibly the slowest shipping in ebay history.... took 8 days for seller to ship the item after purchase. 17 days total for a miniscule envelope, not to mention being charged $3 shipping when it actually cost $0.69. I guess I should be thankful it arrived at all.
