I ordered 4 Machlett 572b tubes, but I got Penta 572b instead. I could have got pentas locally and cheaper. This seller never contacted me about sending me different tubes than I ordered. I had to wait for tubes that I could get cheaper and on the same day, rather than the machletts I ordered and was willing to wait for them. Now I get to send these back and wait twice the time it should have taken in the 1st place. Some people would not care about this but I want what I paid for, or contact me.

The brand new tubes work great my amplifier, but it took forever for them to send it then what I expected took me two  and a half weeks to receive it all those are not the quality is good

Tube came in when I was out f town. Then hurricane Ida had created havoc no power. So when I was able we got tubes tested two matched and work great. One other test good the match for it was bad. Bias. Contacted Penta they gave me a RMA number said return both tubes and they would make them good. Very good people to deal with. I recommend them
