I was completely blown away by the customer service and the information provided by them. I am a “watch a YouTube video do it yourself” kind of guy and thought I found the issue. Shipped them my item and received updates from them and loved that. I had an email explaining what was all found wrong with my item. Got it back and reinstalled it and have not looked back since. Highly recommend!!!

Although contacting them ahead of time and providing my VIN, this product was NOT compatible with my Ram. They were easy to deal with on a return and ended up purchasing a refurbished TIPM from them. The new TIPM fixed my issue and also fixed an electrical gremlin I have been chasing for months (Battery Light). Shipping was fast and overall a great experience. Mistakes happen and I would recommend purchasing from them. Thanks!

When i purchased this product was advertised Fast Shipping. I was in constant communication with them. The 1st failed Shipping day I understand as much as I could. The 2nd day I was ASKING for a replacement they declined! I gave them every opportunity to make this right. I am a 100% feedback buyer and expect nothing but the best from a seller. At the end of this I ended up loosing over $500 in lost wages and cost me $225 in storage cost from thr machanic!

All I can say is thank you! Shipping was extremely fast! I got a tracking number within 15 minutes of placing my order. The packaging was great and the instruction booklet was very clear. 30 minute installation and it works perfectly! It had a pre-printed label for the return. Just so others will understand, though, this is only the lower part. It does not come with the lid. No biggie for me, I just used my old one. Looked great out of the box! Worth every penny! Highly recommend! A+++++
