The seller went above and beyond w/communication regarding the shipment delay. Every time I reached out, they responded promptly and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. The mattress was delayed by a two or three days but that was due to FedEx and not the seller’s fault. As for the mattress itself , it’s WONDERFUL! The firmness is just right , not too hard, not too soft. It’s incredibly comfortable and looks so pretty + inviting. I’m very happy w/ my purchase! Great value + condition.
