Given all the tariff issues the US has been dealing with, the seller contacted immediately to say that there may be some delays, which I expected but was impressed that the message was preemtive. Honestly, every time I have purchased from a seller in Japan it has been a great experience, but I think these guys may have been the best so far. Plenty of communication, an extremely competitive price, and the shipping was very fast. Purchased on a Thursday night, and at my front door the following Monday! Not only that, the item arrived in better condition in my opinion than was described. Great seller!

I bought camera gears from Map camera before and they have been highly reliable. The shipping was fast -- about 5 days from Japan to NJ. The packaging was superb. The lens (Olympus 12-40mm f/2.8) was exactly as described and it is a good value. I would rather buy camera gears from Map camera or any highly rated Japanese sellers, because they take time to take pictures and make accurate descriptions.

Item shipped very quickly, seller even apologized for the carrier not picking up on weekends when I had placed an order near the weekend knowing this may happen. My used lens arrived well packed in a double thick box with suspension inserts, lens wrapped in bubble wrap. The condition of the lens is exactly as described and pictured.
