Phenomenal dealer. Accidentally ordered the wrong size but he accepted the return with no issue. Trust this person. When we did receive the tires, they were well packaged, protected, and beautiful. The seller will respond with some BS about how they tried to work with me, but at the end of the day sold me a product that was advertised as new, but already 2 years old. I needed the tires for this weekend, thought I picked the most reputable seller to deliver. Offered to return and refund. Stood on DOT guidelines being 5 years, yet were unwilling to agree that with their stance, I only had 60 percent tire life left with a new product that is already 2 years old. We're a bear to mount, too

These were produced in the 38th week of 2023. That makes them 18 months old. Dot standards say tires are new for 5 years when stored correctly. Metezler says they have a 10-year shelf life. 18-month-old is very normal for a new tire. Metzler only produces every 6-8 months. They then spend 1-2 moths shipping into the USA, then the distributor holds them. Then we purchase them from the distributor and then offer them up for sale to you. The newest tires you will see are 10 months old.

The 38th week of 2023 makes them 18 months old. That is pretty new. If you buy a new bike, you don't take the tires back off once the bike is 12 months old. These have a shelf life of 10 years when stored correctly. As always, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and give you a full refund if you are not happy with the purchase. All Metzeler tires come from the same distributor, so no matter who you buy from, the outcome will be the same.

Tires came in in a speedy time, everything looked good but I guess they somehow stored the tire wrong and now upon trying to install the tire I noticed it was struggling to hold air. I contacted them, they asked for what shop put the tires on, and what name it was under. I gave them a bunch of information for them to turn around and tell me it wasn’t their problem and it was the shops problem, yet they wanted me to send even more private information. Very disappointing and now Im out almost $300

Every tire we sell comes with a full factory warranty that will cover any factory defect for the life of the tire. We asked a lot of questions to find out the best way to cover this for a customer. Unfortunately, in your situation, the leaks were caused by the installer, and it was not a defective tire. If it was, you would get a free replacement. We did reach out to the shop to try and get them to replace the tire for you, but they would not cover the work they did.
