Great Seller. Tool was just as described. USPS dropped the ball during shipping, but this seller was kind enough to send me another tool/package and worry about the first one that they sent later. I received the second package and USPS eventually delivered the first package, so I sent it back to the seller. I am very happy with my purchase.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Would be nice to express more clarity in what you mean by "shipping slow." You need to state seller shipped on time but USPS was slower than expected. You get what you pay for at the end of the day if you want faster service then reach out to sellers and ask for alternate options. Note: As far as shipping cost please realize the product cost are still absorbed in the shipping cost we just try to provide an overall balance between the two (instead of saying "free shipping" which is never the case its just absorbed in the product cost). When you make a purchase evaluate the total cost of the transaction and stop itemizing shipping cost. If we are cheaper than everybody including the store then you are winning!!!!

Contacted seller to get shipping status, but got a message about Ebay standards, shipping times, USPS running behind, and a offer to send another item or refund. Did I follow the standards, NO. Did I receive item in accordance with EBAY shipping standards, NO I did wait 3 additional working days for the item to arrive. I did contact seller. READ the 1st couple of lines of this feedback! "Did I follow the standards, NO. " Pretty much all you need to read. If eBay had a customer timeout this would be the 1st person I would send. They dont read descriptions, understand how shipping works and want to be 1st in line all the time. That is the type of person we dealt with in its entirety. We let them know USPS is running behind just like the USPS site said and we still offered to refund/ship another. BLOCKED from future purchases.
