Not enough good things to say. Bought a fender, was a perfect match. However in a month had a paint issue arise. (Wasn't aware not to wash the car for at least a month or 2). Told the seller, THEY SENT ME ANOTHER FOR FREE & SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT RETURNING THE OTHER ONE! I HIGHLY recommend this seller. They do an AMAZING JOB matching the paint, EXCELLENT communication. They look fantastic when installed. They are a great value vs having to find someone to paint a fender! Shipping was fast! A++

I have to say that I was skeptical at first. I'd never ordered a tailgate or panted parts online, but this was at least $400-500 cheaper than any other tailgate I could find in town. Fast shipping, packaged nicely, paint match is good, etc. I'm impressed!! Excellent value, and arrived in good condition. Seems just about has heavy as my old tailgate. Seller answered a bunch of my questions and did so correctly and promptly. Thank you!!!

I was skeptical. I contacted the seller many times before making my decision. The part arrived well packed, and to my surprise, painted almost perfectly. I am “that guy” who loves his vehicle. And honestly, if i didnt show the flaws you would never see them. So after all of my concern, it was a better transaction than i expected. Not perfect, but pretty darned good. The first shipment got lost in the USPS system. When I did not receive it in a timely manner, I contacted the seller. He offered to send a new one or to refund me. I opted for the one-time free replacement. The replacement arrived on time. I would buy from this vendor again. Good quality paint at a fair price.

I will continue to buy bumpers and parts from this individual moving forward for all my vehicles. The quality in the material of the items are superb. I did ask the seller to ship my items ASAP. Bought the premium priced bumper but found issues once it arrived. There was a crack and several noticeable paint flaws that weren't supposed to be there for the premium price. Contacted seller w/description/photos of issues, they were very courteous and promptly painted/sent a new bumper, that one arrived undamaged and the quality of the paint finish was as described for the premium price. They told me to just keep the 1st cracked bumper since it would have been too expensive to return it.

These guys were great. The first bumper came folded as the described but the paint was pealing and looked horrible so they offered to send me another one with no return necessary and that was fair enough. We decided to pay the extra to get it shipped unfolded. It came in great condition and looked wonderful! Thanks for all your help.

I ordered a rear bumper for an 09 pathfinder that arrived cracked in one of the bends. I'm pretty positive it was Fedex's fault. I contacted the seller immediately with pics and a description. They offered a few solutions and I opted to have another one sent. It arrived 1 week later and in perfect condition. The paint job looks flawless. Hopefully I don't need anymore parts but if I do, this is where I'll order from again and I will refer to my friends.

I ordered a new bumper pre-painted for a customers car it arrived fast and in great condition they wrapped it in paper and bubble wrap to make sure it arrived safely in which it did it was a great price and perfectly matched paint there was a few spots that had a little overspray splatter but very small and not very noticeable overall very happy with parts I ordered and will definitely be using them again for future business
