Holy COW amazing communication. The delivery service accidentally scanned these as delivered instead of “picked up” so the seller immediately alerted me to that and we waited holding our breath! I actually ordered the item mistakenly, having misread the item description when comparing it to other offerings. I was looking for an 18 voltage 16 gauge finish nailer. The seller could not have been any more prompt, understanding and courteous when I explained my error. The seller immediately canceled the order and refunded the purchase to my credit card. However, maybe offer an alternative shipper as UPS delayed our package and then proceeded to lie about needing a code to our home. We don’t have a gate with a code, at all.
