Ordered genuine Cal-Van 389-100 replacement thread repair insert specifically because I wanted the genuine part. Listing specifically states Original Cal-Van product. The product we received is in a non-descript package with absolutely no label of any kind and doesn't resemble the one pictured in the listing. No way to know what exactly we received and with all of the cheap knock-off products available, we could have purchased 4 generic ones for the price of one original. Buyer Beware!!!!

Item was just like described. Great product! Item was ordered on May 24th arrived on June 5th. Took longer than expected. Contacted seller by leaving message on May 30th why it hadn't shipped yet; no message response why. Was shipped out on the May 31st though. Better communication would of been appreciated.
