The fencing was received as described and in relatively good condition. The packaging, plastic wrapping, allowed for some very minor damage to the outside layer of the fence roll. Some of the wire was bent but was easily straightened with little effort. In my opinion, a box might have been a better packaging option. I consider the item to be a good value when compared to other options I viewed on Ebay, Amazon, and local markets.

It arrived when they said it would, however when we opened the box and took it out it had a star shaped crack that had been circled with a magic marker, so we immediately notified the seller and sent a picture of the crack and the seller immediately replied that they would refund our money right away which they did and we're very nice about it so we definitely reordered another one and hopefully this one won't be damaged. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

Now the LED light tube I received did not match the condition of new as the packaging was already opened, the seller made good by refunding me for it. Hopefully, they can double check the goods before sending out the next time. Regardless, the important thing is to recognize the error and take appropriate actions to rectify the issue which I think is very important. I give props to them for doing the right thing.

Listed as “New” “Open Box” but arrived with dirt on it along with scratches and damage from previous use, contacted the seller who said the warehouse accidentally sent me a return item instead of new and that they would immediately send me out a new one, but they would open it and inspect it before they shipped it to me as a replacement. 2-pressure cooker gaskets received.Fit cooker perfectly.very good quality product.only problem ,one was missing automatic air vent plug which needs to be replaced when main gasket is replaced. I notified seller RE; this and asked them to send a replacement . Seller responded within several hours, notified me they were refunding price for one of the gaskets because of the problem, ,and if found would send the lost automatic air vent plug..This is far, and above response that I expected.

The seller themselves were amazing. Shipping was fast. The item technically was exactly same as pictured. My only negative review is that it did not come with an item so I can't build or use it at all. I don't think the seller did that on purpose at all. I think the packaging just had a small hole and one bag fell out. So very sad about that but other than that this seller was exceptional and I would for sure try and buy again from them.
