The tank arrived undamaged but some styrofoam or bubble wrap is a good idea (shipping companies, FedEx and UPS, these days don’t care about customer products). 100% satisfied!

I'm so impressed with Metz Machines. I ordered something else and asked if they had a strap. At the time the answer was no, but a few days letter I got a message that they had found one and if I wanted it they would list it and let me know. This level of customer service is unfortunately not common these days. I would recommend them 100%. Oh yeah, had it in like 3 days. Shipped same day I ordered.
