The seller was amazing and helped me with my problem and went above and beyond to help and respond as quick as they could. Shipping was quick and the packaging was great the product was as described but unfortunately I had to return because I found out it wasn't the mother board that was broken it was the display itself which they helped me with all that and the return was quick if I have any more problems with tvs or anything electrical I will be buying from them again and will recommend others

I ordered the incorrect part but they instantly knew and contacted the seller. They were super easy to work with and they helped me find the part I needed. Although the part I ordered didn't end up fixing my issue due since it is something else that is wrong with my product, the item they sent me looked brand new, worked, good quality, and the communication on the seller's part was great. Had the best price for the item anywhere I could find it. Perfect, arrived just as described, extremely solid parts & locked right into Sony 85”. There were a few tiny dents on the underhand side of the right leg, but you wouldn’t be able to see them if you tried, and it’s on the underside of the stand, so basically invisible and 100% brand new! Packaging and shipping were way beyond par! Super fast ship and packaged very well. I have zero complaints at all! If you’re looking for a pair of Sony legs Id highly recommend MI Service Parts. This vendor email me about exchange or money back, which i never hear from them. To much trouble to return and talk to vendor, so I usually just bite the bullet and keep bad item. The TV legs were shipped quickly and packaged very well! I could tell from the picture on EBay that they were the correct legs for my TV, so I give MI Service Parts an A+ for this. Also, I let MI Service Parts know that I had moved and my address was not the new address on my first order. My order was cancelled and MI Service Parts communicated that they had cancelled it and why, and I reordered with my new address. That was my oversight, and I appreciate the communication from them.
