First and foremost, unfortunately the CD arrived not working, but that being said the seller responded very quickly and refunded. They were great at communication and empathetic and acted quickly. The other CD I had bought from them worked perfectly fine so I still believe they deserve five stars based on that alone Communication is key when I am purchasing from a seller most definitely will buy again.

Condition was as described and in good standing and played very well, it’s of course library version, but the seller makes you well aware and overall is good price in value and appearance still kept shape along with booklet. I order o1 other cd from them that unfortunately did not work or play, however when I messaged the seller they responded very fast and took responsibility and even showed empathy for that item and refunded me.I still believe the seller deserves 5 stars, communication is key!

I received the wrong item and when contacted the seller they admitted their mistake but couldn’t offer me the book I’d ordered as someone else had received it. I received a refund of the book cost from the seller but cannot receive shipping costs as this is apparently an eBay issue and after two phone calls and many chats online, I still am out of pocket. Won’t be buying from this seller again or using international shipping. Very disappointing.

I refunded immediately. eBay confirmed they refunded within 72hrs of the refund i initiated. Since this was a transaction through the “eBay global shipping program” i was unable to refund the international shipping costs. eBay had to investigate the transaction in order to issue the refund, which was done within 72hrs of the refund I initiated. Buyer is not “out of pocket”.

I ordered a 2 set DVD. Sadly the DVDs were badly scratched and unplayable. Contacted the seller and they responded within minutes. They asked for pics of scratches and I sent them. Refunded my order in full. The seller responded within minutes of each of my messages. The seller got the DVDs from ex-library and had no idea of how bad the scratches were. I am very pleased with this seller and would use again even though this order didn't work.

Received this item yesterday. Item was well packaged in a padded envelope. Item in the envelope was a library edition of the CD. Still in good condition, no scratches or defects but there were library markings all over the case. No biggie, I can live with that😉. I did purchase a ‘used copy in acceptable condition’.
