Never shipped, reached out to seller multiple times and they complety ignored me. Requested a refund, still chose to ignore me. Had to ask eBay to step in so I could get my refund. Even then refund took DAYS. A simple message would have made all the difference but you chose ignorance instead. I still haven't gotten a ship message and tracking number. I found it cheaper somewhere else here in my local store. I asked for a refund and didn't get it. I got a message it would be delivered on January 21st. It would have to be shipped first. I will never order from this seller again. I purchased this on January 14th and payment went through quickly. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!! Tried reaching the seller many times since he hadn’t shipped my package in almost 2 week. Never received a response which I wait many days to hear from the seller. I truly still wanted the item I bought. Finally I report it to eBay. They reached out to the seller and I was magically refunded the next day! Never cancel orders for things that don’t show it messes with your cancellation rate. Make eBay or the seller cancel.

After 1 week of no update on the shipping, I contacted the seller. I waited another 3 days and still hadn't gotten a response. I reviewed the seller's feedback and discovered that around 40% of the seller's feedback in the past month was due to not shipping or saying an item was delivered when it wasn't. That's when I contacted eBay to open a case to get a refund. Obviously this seller is not honest and should no longer be allowed to be on eBay. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

Beware! The same story as everyone else. Boxes were never shipped and had to wait for eBay to issue a refund two weeks after placing an order. The seller never responded to messages. No apology or explanation. If you read through the feedback, there is a lot of the same complaints in the Positive/Negative/Neutral categories with some buyers saying they were not given a negative option. Not sure why this seller is allowed to scam so many buyers. Lesson learned!

As I selected "negative" feedback the response came up that the sellers do the best they can and I should try to work with seller on this issue. DO NOT TRUST this seller!! Possible scammer! I bought an package of water bottles on January 11th. Only for them to neglect sending it for almost 2 weeks. I messaged asking when they would send it to me only not to be answered. I tried to cancel the parcel which was denied. Then I was messaged that the parcel is to far into the mailing process to be refunded. I don't have any tracking info on my end making it look like I've been scammed out of my money.
