The top has not been installed yet so the feedback on that part will be sent afterwards. As far as shipping time, it was exactly as seller specified. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with this seller. They were so precise in making sure we knew exactly what we were getting. Had it not been for their diligence and the messages and communication, we might have gotten it wrong. We had an A+ experience with them!

I like these guys and their prices are reasonable. My issue is they will only communicate with you if you haven't left feedback. If you leave positive feedback, they have no incentive to fix an issue. I found this out, by buying a top. Finding out a simple defrost terminal was either missing or broken. Got responses. Once I left feedback. It's like I didn't exist anymore. So I bought another top. Asked about the terminal. Got no response. This top is good. Customer service sucks. Thanks, I think

The canvas material looks identical to the original canvas on my 2005 Audi. The careful construction looks the same as my original as well. The top was carefully packaged and was delivered promptly. I'm in the process of installing it and will post an update when I'm finished.
