The seller's ad was a little misleading. It described the a-arm bushings I ordered as being a kit, showing getting the bushings along with the bolts, washers, Sims Etc. When it arrived I only received the bushings. After contacting the seller he apologized for the misunderstanding and offered me a 50% refund which I accepted. Other than that super fast free shipping! Great communication! Just know that if you buy an a- arm bushing kit you will only get the bushings and not the other Hardware.

Item sent was for my machine was deceiving. It looked like there were 6 reeds for the two carburetors. Plus the snowmobile listed on the tag was a different model than mine. I thought this was the wrong set. I reach out to the company Motonow for clarification and I didn't get a reply back. I had to go to Boyesen directly to ask if it was for my model and they were prompt enough to tell me it was. So my only complaint is that the description on the package didn't show it fit my machine.

I ordered a item with two to three day shipping eight days later it's still not here the company didn't respond to any of my stuff for days leaving me hanging total false advertising no intention on delivering anything within their advertised time frame ripoff liars tracking is stagnant not updated so I can't track the package nothing is good or acceptable about this call transaction totally regret ordering from this company absolutely unacceptable horrific experience

The picture is not what you receive. I ordered the throttle cables with black chrome ends and received one cable and the ends were just matte black. When I contacted the seller their reply was " o sorry that is the manufacturer picture we use not ours and you can just start a return threw ebay" . Let along the price i paid and received one cable i could have bought the two cables from the manufacturer.

I ordered this acorn nut based on the description of what it fits (springer front ends) when I received the nut it was not what I ordered and did not even work for a springer at all. I tried contacting the seller and they wanted me to pay shipping for an item that was wrong and would not give me a label to ship it back. the attitude was kind of "oh well"... Well, I will not buy from this seller. Do with this information as you will.

This site is a scam. I purchased these parts in good faith. Their descriptive photo shows 4 caliper cups,4 main seals,2 dust seals and 2 smaller rings for a total of 12 parts. I received 1 oring,1 dust seal. They did not send the parts I ordered. And now the give me a you get what you got answer and want to charge me to return it. They scam me and then want to charge me twice! Do be a fool like me and send any money to MOTO NOW. There are reputable vendors on instead. Choose wisely!!!!

I seen the pistons in the pic with the o rings. I thought the pistons came with the o rings. I looked at other kits on eBay, those kits only show the o rings for the same price. I asked about the pistons not being in with the kit. They gave me a refund and said keep the o rings. I wasn’t looking for a freebie, just an explanation. I’m sure I had missed read something. Good people to deal with, they did give me a full refund. Thank you
