I have no idea why this was such a nightmare transaction. Seller first provided tracking for a package not addressed to me by name or address. When I reported that while tracking showed it was delivered, seller didn’t understand that it wasn’t delivered to me. Eventually a replacement shipment was sent. 1 box arrived, but I paid for 4. Seller couldn’t understand why I was still complaining. A third package was sent, but again tracking showed it wasn’t sent to me. eBay made partial refund. Avoid

Never received items. Seller apologized and said they sent a new order for 4. I was home all day and have cameras nothing was delivered. I then made a completely new order and paid for 3. Guess what the order came to my front door and had a pic of proof. I’ve paid and never received my order of four now I’m told to call the police. What a joke. I believe this is a scam. Item was never received. I reached out to seller but no response came. I asked ebay to assist and they were unable to get a POD from seller so they intervened and refund was issued. Not sure why seller did not respond to my requests for assistance. I have never experienced that before with any other sellers on ebay. This is my first negative response.
