I had already reached out to the seller before they shipped the items. Quality was not what was expected as they were scratched and spray painted. Condition was not as original picture showed. Value was not what I thought I was getting for the money I paid. The appearance was not as described ! Beware ! The way they were packaged was not what you would expect this item to be in, wrapped in brown paper and then shipped in a plastic postal bag, really ?

Received as described - re-manufactured. Fit was perfect for my 2006 Toyota Tacoma TRD, Can't really rate communication since I did not get any. Shipping time was slow. Listing said would arrive in 4-7 days but it took 10, so I rated accordingly (3). Shipping cost was OK. I have since found comparable item which includes shipping for less than what I paid. Overall I would still recommend this seller and I am satisfied with my purchase.

I had to return the items due to my error in ordering. They were very accommodating. Much appreciated. Vendor should consider upgrading the packaging for better protection. A more careful description also as these were not OEM although the OEM part number used to identify them was accurate.

The seller sent me one cover. I ordered 2, was charged for 2, and paid for 2. When I received only one, I messaged him. He was less than professional and said he would send me a free one! It was not free, I had already paid for it. The item it self was fine. The Seller, not so much.

Unfortunately, after installing them, I only drove the truck twice and the center logo stickers fell off of two of the caps.
