It came rather quickly in a good package but the seller doesn't include everything on the pictures once I opened the box I saw the laptop it was more dirty that what showed in pictures and the bottom had missing screws something that should be added to the pictures but still it was worth the price I paid since it is a good product and a good seller both a few misses but the benefit overshadows a bit the negative part

Item came in as described and working, however the packaging was terrible it was just loosely thrown In a box with a tiny a piece of bubble wrap big enough to wrap around once. The item still works so no harm no foul. The shipping speed and delivery was quick, and I think the price was fair enough but maybe a bit high. Overall I had a good experience with communication and item quality but packaging problem needs work.

This is a good example of a seller that under promises and over delivers. The price was right even as beaten up as the pictures showed the Chromebook to be but it arrived in much, much better shape than described looking better than the photos. Just as described in image, packaged extremely well, phone works great, absolutely worth the value, however the seller failed to say that it once belonged to Verizon,meaning I can’t unlock its bootloader. Luckily instead of returning my friend bought it off me. I recommend this seller! They even took my offer of a few dollars off.

Seller sent an Apple Watch SE 1st gen instead of the 2nd gen that was offered. Seller made a partial refund to compensate the error. While this is something that could have been avoided, I appreciate how responsive they were and their willingness to resolve the issue. I am in Costa Rica, therefore I could not process a return of the item.

This was not exactly the phone I ordered but a similar one (Cruise). It came in good condition, well packaged. The phone is not 100% compatible with the app I need to run but works 95% of the time. It arrived almost two weeks late but seller gave me this phone and refunded my payment. Great customer service! I just have bad luck with shipping.

Super fast shipping, fast arrival. The packaging was super low quality it looked like they tried to stuff it in a flat rate envelope, gave up and put the envelope with the unit sticking out of it I to a box. It was not disclosed that the battery is junk and that the HDMI port requires minor repairs. All and all I am satisfied with the purchase as the screen was not damaged as stated and just required cleaned. The screen is flawless.
