Zippo quality item sold by a company that would benefit from better communication and proper packaging. Each box was wrapped in magazine paper that has stained the outer box of sterling silver zippo. As a collector this is not great. Yes it's just a box however the stains reduce the value if I decided to sell it. I'm not buying from MRSSHOPPE again, I found a better seller that can communicate like a person and matches or beats this stores prices. Shop around collectors.

Zippo quality product sold by a company that would benefit from a communication upgrade. My previous order was lost and I received no communication untill I reached out a week past delivery date, was asked to wait another week. Finally I requested a refund and reordered. It arrived pooly packaged with stained zippo box from magazine ink rubbing off on them. Use plain paper or nothing. What is reason for one sheet of paper around each box...does nothing, unprofessional and cheap!

Item arrived as described and was genuine quality construction. Visual condition was perfect no defects to exterior of unit, unit did not hold gas, contacted seller and they sorted everything out. No fault of seller for item having an internal fault. Posted from USA to Australia was very prompt considering time of year and other factors. My review was delayed due to the USPS employees in New Orleans either being negligent in their jobs or abducted by aliens but the delivery was delayed more than a week. Now that I have received my package I can say I got exactly what I ordered, the seller shipped promptly and I was delighted to have purchased this item for $40 cheaper than amazon. Zippo quality product sold by a company that would benefit from better communication. Lost items with little communication caused stress on my previous order. This replacement order arrived in good time. The packaging was rubbish, each box wrapped in one sheet of magazine paper that stained the white box my sterling silver (not cheap) zippo was in. As a collector the condition of box is important.

This Timex Expedition was brand new, and as advertised by seller. I have had a few other Timex Expedition watches, and this one seems to be the nicest one yet. It was shipped in a timely manner, and arrived on time. The only thing I would quibble a bit about is that there were no instructions in the box (not a big deal as I've had this model before so can figure out how to use it). And the internal plastic mounting platform had broken loose so the watch was flopping around, but no problem at all

Zippo quality item. Unfortunately the seller has wrapped each box with a magazine paper that has stained the outer box. Not ideal for a collector. Why wrap a cardboard box in one sheet of paper, seriously... it doesn't offer any protection at all. There are sellers of zippo that charge slightly higher prices and do a much better job with packaging and more importantly the communication doesn't feel like a robot. My previous order worth over $800 went missing and communication was not adequate.
