Dreadful customer service. Ordered on Monday and they didn’t bother to post till Thursday! I messaged them on the Thursday asking when I was going to get it as needed it for work. They didn’t bother to reply till the Saturday with a one word answer of Delivered (which it was on the Saturday, 2 days late due to not be sent when it should have been. They couldn’t even spell delivered properly!! USELESS

Had to order twice to get correct kit. Still havent received a return lable. Needed kit for a job. When issue was raised didnt get a reply for 4 days. Wasnt till I said i was goin to open a dispute that someone returned a message. However the kit (albiet wrong one) arrived fast. Seems to be very well made and sturdy. All metal parts a light oil film for rust prevention. So over all good quality items with fast shipping. Just the wring one.
