Item never arrived even though Ebay message said it was delivered. Upper management with USPS SUGGESTED that this may have been a known scam, as a False Tracking number scam has been seen before. Also, the seller has refused to refund me and ignores my requests. This event has been reported to Postal investigation dept. I do not recommend having any thing to do with this seller.

Bait and switch. Listing did not reflect quantity, implied 4 scrubbers per “item” when in fact it was 1 scrubber per “item.” Have reached out numerous time to the seller, for a return. Their final message said “ This is a matter of further inquiry now so please allow us 24-48 hours to come up with a resolution for you. We will either: A) Issue you a refund for missing item (B) Get a replacement out to you.” That was 3/17, no response since.
