Awful customer service, rip off wanted to deduct money on a return they weren’t entitled to do. Disgusting attitude when I contacted them. Seller you want to avoid and ultimately the item was falsely advertised. Quality of the item was good but arrived in wrong size. Attitude is very very poor. Never again.

This Buyer ordered the incorrect Wheel Bolts as he needed M14 Not M12. It was no problem to have them back but as he tried to cheat the system by saying they were defective so he did not have to pay to return, so hence we deducted the postage cost from the return. If he choose to Read what he bought he may have known they were incorrect, should have gone to Spec Savers!!

Falsely or deliberately misleading description. Purchased two DIFFERENT sets with different descriptions and different prices! but received the same item. Seller unwilling to fix their issue or refund for their mistakes. Would not recommend!

No error in either listing. Both studs were as described. All because one listing was priced higher than the other is no reason for you to demand a price difference refund. Should learn to read listing before just assumption purchasing
