You don't know how excited I was to receive this guitar and ukulele!!! Marc is a great communicator and helped me out after I lost an ebay auction. He offered me another Lava me guitar that was in his store. They were packaged well, came as described with extra goodies! Really appreciated the Canada capo hahaha! I had problems with USPS being typical USPS. If you have issues with international claims, send USPS an email, and they'll eventually help you!

Excellent transaction - seller refunded excess shipping paid, great communication, packaged the mixer well, shipping was quick, and the mixer is in great shape as described with every knob working flawlessly (just needed cleaning the insert jacks, a common task on a 30 year old mixer). Seller was very accommodating with my offer. Item was shipped fairly quickly. Offer was accepted very late on a Friday night and I got shipping notification the following Wednesday. Guitar was wrapped like you would be burying a body. Wrapped in a soft/cloth type wrapping directly around the guitar, which was then paint taped. Then a black heavy like trash bag. Then a clear bag, all taped super tight. Small box, with plenty of paper around it. Item arrived exactly as described. Thanks!
