Great value and exactly as described. They do not use tracking so do not discouraged if it looks like they did not send the item. I wrote to them and they got back to me within 24 hours, and of course that day I received my batteries! Will do business with again! AAAAA

Best part - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION! A hard to find item, name brand, quality item (Maxell - Made in Japan) was not only exactly what I needed, but in the quantity and perfect condition, as well. I thought these items were lost in the mail system as it took the mail just over 3 weeks to deliver them from NY. I had just filed for lost mail and they showed up. Items were as advertised; seller made arrangements to get more memory to me. Seller was A+++ to get the issue resolver.

I give kudos to the seller. When I initially placed this order, it was promptly put in process and shipped. I was advised that there was a delay in the shipping process, and given a new arrival date. A few days after the projected date, my items still hadn't arrived. I notified the seller, and they immediately started a search. My item was lost in transit. The seller refunded my money and apologized. Their goal was to keep me as a customer (which they did!). The re-order went well.

The order was 4 batteries but only 2 were received in the envelope. I contacted the seller and the seller offered a 50% refund or 2 missing batteries. I choose the latter and then no response from the seller at all. The order was only $4.71. I'm sharing this and do not recommend this seller.
