So far as I can tell from inspection this looks like a good value for the price. Was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The only compliant I would have is not against them, but the post office. The package sat down at the main terminal for a few days before it got jogged loose. Again this is not against the seller, they did a great job.

Worst seller that I have dealt with on Ebay. Negligent, unreliable and dishonest. Shipped an electronic device without any protective packaging, just put a shipping label on the box it came in. Arrived in non-working condition. Seller refuses to refund. Wanted me to send a video, offered a 50% refund if I would keep the useless device and wants me to pay to ship it to China "for inspection." Item listed as U S stock and shipped from U S. Shop here at your own risk.

Shipped wrong sizes As you can see I ordered one 8x50 and one 11x50 They shipped two 8x50 bags. They Refuse to ship correct order unless I pay to ship them back. This was their error and their policy stated that they are responsible to pay for return shipping if it’s their error. Very poor customer service.

Contacted seller as the item arrived defective, readings were inaccurate with no beep on continuity although available. Seller would not issue prepaid return label, stating they do not take returns. Contacted ebay customer service and was issued a full refund. Since this seller does not stand behind items they sell, you should consider other sellers who sett similar items!
