eBay had to refund my money because they would not ship it or respond to any of my attempts to contact them. Then they have it listed as they sent it to me anyway but instead used the same tracking number to deliver something to a person two blocks from my house and say it was delivered to me. Terrible company to deal with.

Been over a week still has not shipped, tracking still says uses is awaiting item that seller has printed label but not dropped it off yet. Tried to contact the seller, I messaged yesterday around 1:40 pm, has been over 24 hours and no response, email or anything. Horrible customer service absolutely do not reccomend. All I wanted was an answer as to when it will ship because it is promised same, or next day shipping!!!!!!!!!

Product came package very well. Though it wasn’t the original box it was a solid U-Haul box with lots of bubble wrap to keep it nice and intact. No scratches no dings in extremely great condition. Package came on time with no problems via UPS, and I just hooked it up to my receiver yesterday just to give it a try and it worked flawlessly. Outstanding job. Thanks!

This seller has not responded to any of my three messages. They have created a label, even though it was created late, but they still haven’t shipped the item. These things are leading me to believe this is a fake listing and they are just trying to hold onto the money I paid. Strange… but I’m left with no other options, but to cancel the sale, since they haven’t communicated or shipped the item.

Poor customer service, didn’t respond at all. Improper packaging, the package box was damaged when received. Most importantly the product didn’t work. Probably was damaged on the way due to the broken box.

I paced an order that showed,it shipped on April 15th, expected to arrive 4/16 - 4/18. On 4/18 ups tracing number says package was never received from shipper, contacted shipper and was told they would ship a replacement 4/21. Still waiting for a confirmation and haven't received any updates. Seller is now not responding.

Item was due to arrive last week, but it did not ship at all. The seller marked the item as shipped but tracking says that they did not even hand the item to the shipper. When contacting, they are completely unresponsive. From reviewing feedback, it looks like this has happened more than a few times. Save yourself a headache and not buy from this seller.
