(This order was placed before Christmas and last package was received January 7th) Originally was sent the wrong part but the service jumped on it immediately and sent another which ended up being wrong again and then finally personally sent out the correct shifter… I am a little upset that it took this long to get the right one but the super quick customer service made it to where I’d definitely buy from them again.

So, this isn't the normal feedback, but sometimes it's more about the people and how they handle a bad situation. In this case USPS lost the item in their system. When I reached out, the seller took care of the problem. A seller who stands behind their store and does the right thing deserves kudos. This is a 5+++++ store that has earned my respect.
