Absolutely fabulous quality and also response dispatch time! The condition was as expected brand new. Value for money and Kudos to the dispatch and delivery as it arrived the next day! Very reliable seller. I received the product but the manufacturer had changed the model and the item did not fit in my door. Although the product was different from the photograph, the item description seems correct and it seems that it was not the seller's fault. Still, they refunded the product straight away. It's amazing that amount of staff they have. They are now in my list of "check them first" for my next purchases.

I cannot comment on the gearbox itself as I have yet to fit it on my daughters door, however it looks perfect, was packed with as much security as the lock itself will offer and sent very quickly, arriving a full day before it wasvexpected. Furthermore, given the myriad of different gearboxes that are available, this seller had the patience of Job and was exceptional in his pre sales attention and conclude that he will offer great aftersales support. I would fullyrecommend this seller

I've gad these Vita gearboxes from this company as a direct replacement for some worn and failed units and these appear to be good quality. This particular delivery took longer to arrive than the previous delivery so I queried this by e mail. Hazel replied very promptly that this due to a minor stocking issue and the products were then despatched on a 24 hour delivery. So no problems with this company which I would use again.
