Mags came exactly as expected. Brand new and function perfectly. Seller got the package out super quick and I had tracking within a day if I remember right. The magazines are expensive but that's not the sellers fault. Free shipping made it worth it compared to most online retailers who charge for shipping if your order is under $100 or $150. paid for 2 magazines only received one, package was delayed twice, item is as described, good price, however when I tried to contact seller 3 different times, i never heard back, customer service simply non existent in this company. I opened a claim through eBay to see if I can get the order that i paid for or if I get reimbursed for what is truly owed to me. The seller's listing for this item described these rounds as a training dummy, and also as a snap cap. They turned out to be high quality dummy rounds, and I needed snap caps so I requested a return and refund. The seller accepted the return with no issues and promptly issued a prepaid mailing label. I didn't realize the seller sent me a message to essentially verify that I'm a real customer, and I don't have much of a history on here, so I must have looked a little shady. The product never shipped, and I was given a complete refund on PayPal. No problem on my end. I get that you have to be a little cautious these days. I ended up buying the item from another vender.
