This has to be the fastest shipping ever. Ordered it Monday around lunch and it was at my house the next day around 2:00 I believe. The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Great experience, minus the shipping carrier (come on FedEx, do better)!!!! They may right the shipper's mistake

Had small problem at start up, customer service responded quickly and resolved issue quickly. Simply a nut which likely loosened in transit, resolved with 1/8 of a turn with a wrench. Item arrived on time, however due to it's weight, the packaging was frayed and worn. Upon opening the box it was revealed that one of the corners of the table top was slightly bent. Northern tool instructed me to contact Ebay for any issues encountered with the product. Instead of doing this, I straightened the corner which was easily corrected, and the end result was no perceptible damage-therefore I decided to keep the table because it's value for price is good, and the table is serviceable.

This item was listed?( NEW )what I got was a used item in a taped up( OPEN BOX). The burner was discolored which is normal for a used heater. There was an assortment of screws and nuts in the bottom of the box. Haven't tested or used it yet. The transaction was good. I haven't contacted the seller regarding the condition.

This item was stuck in an infinite shipping DO-LOOP. Going around in circles with FEDEX but never coming to me. THIS SELLER IS HORRIBLE. They put the burden on ME to fix the shipping problem with FEDEX and refused to contact FEDEX, themselves to rectify. They claimed to be unable to correct the shipping address (their mistake). 16 days late and NOW, they won't refund the money! They owe me $168.20 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
