I sent seller a note stating there was an issue with the item. No discussion, no inquiry to the problem and a refund was sent. Well ok i guess, but the item i bought was a gift and i still need the item. Seller has the best price on the item I want and has more available so I am going to purchase the item for a second time.

The ordering was very quick and easy and the item came in on time. However, it ended up not working. I tried two or three times but couldn't get it to work. I emailed and explained the problem and the responded very quickly and positively. They apologized and quickly offered free return shipping and a refund. They were very understanding about the whole process. I asked for a replacement if they have one instead of a credit because I was so impressed with their service. Great seller!

Seller offered 2 for the price of 1. Ordered 4 for the price of 2. When the ordered arrived received 2 for the price of 2. Contacted seller to request the remaining of the order. Had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Seller responded as if they did know what was shipped. On the other hand one half of the transaction was great and the other half was poor and very poor.

Arrived broken I'm not an investigator so I don't know who to blame shipping or seller, very slow with responses along with shipping exceeding ship date. Seller seemed reasonable once we made contact. Item was incorrect item that was shipped so verifying correct product before ship should be mandatory. Was not what was in pictures same brand different models. I believe this should be used as a learning experience for seller not a strike against seller was reasonable with delay and got it shipped
