This frame looks amazing with my photo, price was excellent and nice quality. I had a small issue with delivery from the post office , I got in touch with the seller right away they communicated very quickly and the turn around was instant, next day I had my purchase . Item worked very well and came brand new. Only complaint I had was when I recieved a USPS tracking number rather than the correct UPS tracking number so I ended up waiting longer than I thought I was supposed to, but the seller was extremely quick about rectifying this which makes me have 110% more respect for them than what I did. Other than that, absolutely no other issue and there is no doubt in mind about buying from this seller again.

Fantastic seller! My order was delivered to the incorrect address and I was unable to find out who. I messaged the seller and a replacement came overnight! Seller refused to help me. Item was delivered to the wrong building. Seller showed me a picture of a wood brown door. All the doors in my building are bright blue. I explained this to seller and asked for a replacement or my money back. I gave seller 2 times to help me. Seller refused. I lost my money to this seller who did not care about me. I would never do business with this seller again I'm getting this lipstick from some other place. So now I am spending twice the amount.

It came in small brown box packaged in brown paper , good condition , new in box , unopened. The color I don't really like but it will have to do.. I should have just gotten a darker color.but the color came out just like the pic on box so that's a good thing.came with tiny package of hair conditioner. Not bad.
