Ordered this item on a Saturday, had it Tuesday, laser fast shipping !! , Tried the item and found it not to be what I thought It would be, probably my fault. Contacted Ebay to generate a return. Had a return label for the item instantly, re packed it attached label and dropped off for Fed Ex pick up. Within 4 hours I had my refund pending on my account!! This is the best seller I ever dealt with and will do so again. Such honesty and integretiy is very rare, THANK YOU !!!

Great service thanks. Shipper rough handled the package. Blade was bent slightly but was easy to straighten. Might want to add something to the blade area of the package to make it more ridged. Otherwise the product worked wonderful. Great price and new in box as described.

Ultra fast shipping, got it within three days. Awesome! However, the item was shipped without an outer (brown cardboard) box and arrived just as if I picked it up at the local store. While it is obvously brand new, there was no tape on the box securing the product inside, so anything could have been missing. Fortunately, all is good, and I will enjoy it very much.

Good price, awesome little ornament. However, the packaging was AWFUL. This little breakable ornament was simply loosely placed in a huge oversized box for it to simply toss around during the entire shipment. Thankfully it was delivered with no damage but I was appalled when I opened it up. I really don’t know how it arrived unscathed. Lucky I guess. Overall, I received what I purchased.

It was a gift to a dear friend. The parcel was mis-delivered to a neighbor's house. I had to !) Ask my friend if they had received the package (they hadn't); 2) Share the ups delivery driver's confirmation photo with my friend; and 3) Have my friend retrieve the package from their neighbor. All of these things ruined the surprise gift. Then the packaging was clear, and THAT ruined the surprise of what the gift actually was. Please consider a different delivery company, as well as gift bags.
