Arrived as described. Wasn't on time but that seems to be a problem with the postal service based on watching the tracking and seemingly watching it depart the same postal facility multiple times over the course of multiple days. So, shipping didn't cost extra and the price was fair, I am not complaining about the seller.

Item arrived as described, but later than expected. Some plugs were a bit hard to connect at the USB end, but I that's in the manufacturing process. Seller shipped a replacement package when shipping was running behind, so service was good.
