Excellent price. The Seller did reach out to reply to a minor question about the item and actually undated the EBAY listing to address the concern--good customer service. Packaging was a little unexpected, but considering the fact that the price was the best and shipping was free...no issues at all and still five stars. Would order from them again in the future, and anyone else ordering from them should feel confident. Great experience.

Great shipping,was packaged with bubble wrap surrounding it for protection. The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly trust and order from them again. A great company!!!

Item received was item described. Packaged in a small bag which could have been the reason for late delivery. Ordered on 3 March, promised delivery on 10 March and received on 13 March. I guess free shipping makes up for late delivery. Very competitive pricing. Would purchase from this vendor again.

Excellent seller. By the looks of the shipping box that showed up, I thought the radiator was toast but they took extra measures to pack it well inside that saved it. OEM radiator as listing stated was shipped quick and had a hard to beat price tag. Bought from these guys before and have had consistently good transactions with them.

Item as described. Shipping time was abysmal (13 days late), but seemingly due to USPS as tracking info showed it kept circling around TN before finally making it's way to me. Upon receiving the package, shipping label looked perfectly fine, packaging was great, so def NOT a fault of the seller but rather of USPS. Shipping time is 1*, but description is 5* and experience is positive. Would buy from seller again (hopefully time USPS doesn't eff things up)

NGK spark plugs were OEM. Just as stated! Since they were shipped in a small bubble envelope, it appears they were removed from their small cartons beforehand. Cartons & protective tip/thread caps were included so I was able to repackage them. These plugs were at the best price I could find online anywhere. Thank you!

It’s in excellent condition and super fast shipping quality looks great packaging is great and safely rapped. In original packaging as described. Have not installed yet get pricing. Been buying multiple times from Partscontainer. All have been great. These guys are professionals. Parts are salvaged, but are carefully inspected, cleaned, and packed for shipment. The parts were new legitimate Bosh and arrived blindingly fast. Superb quality in all components and packed securely. The seller was very understanding with a mistake I made concerning a discount from Ebay that I missed (for which I apologize profusely), and wasn't their fault. Crisp, clear, and responsive communication. Delays with shipping appear to have been totally the fault of UPS when the package did not move for multiple days while in UPS possession. Vendor offered to re-ship just when UPS mysteriously shows the package 728 miles West when the a major UPS hub is only 375 miles away. Then it sits, in UPS possession from Friday - at the hub - until moving again on Monday. This seller was on top of it all the way through. Give them your business!

seller put wrong comparable model in the listing didn't fit my weed eater. seller. didn't even know what the park plug was for. seller said. I was going to pay for the shipping or was going to deduct from my refund. scam artist not worth my time just lost a customer forever. 0 score for not being competent and being a unfair seller for charging the customer shipping on a return that was totally the sellers fault. I will wait the 7 days to give this negative review for the principal of it.

Item as described and quickly shipped. I received 2 emails from this seller begging me to leave feedback. I responded to their first email, explaining that my transhipper had received the item but that I had not actually received it. I can't stand people who beg for feedback and because seller sent me 2 emails begging for feedback, I almost left a neutral comment. I always leave feedback, no need to pester me for it.

Great communication by the seller! So they sent the tracking and shipped my item quickly, but there was an issue- i received someone else's order and someone else got mine. When I realized this, I contacted them and they responded the next business day and issued me a refund; the part i got was so small and they didn't even want it back. So even though I didn't get my items, I'm still happy because of the service they provided and I just repurchased the item (great deal too!)
