Multiple boxes came in over 3 days. Got all of the order except for one coil spring. Don’t know why they weren’t boxed together as they are sold as a pair. Messaged for follow up got package before got response although tracking had shown it was delivered.

I tried to leave a negative feedback, but I must wait 7 days notwithstanding it has been 3 days since this shipment arrived in an open, damaged box with missing Center Bolts(which clearly fell out). I immediately contacted the seller, and since then, there has been no reply, and no intervention by eBay. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

After hours of no customer service via phone, I went to the local UPS hub which has NO customer service, flagged dow a truck manager where I found the shocks on the floor with the shipping box busted open on both ends with no packing. If I didn't go down there, they would have shipped them back.
